This is a lecture by engineer Robert States (M.S.) who does a great power point presentation re Smart Meters made in Oct 2010. He has quite a pedigree of degrees , and a long professional resume.
I won’t post any points, but this is quite user friendly in his explanation of the DARK Side of Smart Meters.
More importantly, he corroborated much of what Dr Deagle said.
Highly recommended lecture.
Keep in mind….the insidiousness of this SMART METER is we cannot smell …taste… hear.. feel …or see these RF and/or EMF radiation pollution . Devices to detect them qualitatively are expensive, as are devices to analyze whether one’s Smart Meter electric bill is correct .
